Navigate the Finsyte Ribbon

With Finsyte, Excel will include an additional tab or ribbon making it easy to create your needed NetSuite reports.

Finsyte Ribbon Navigation

  • Refresh: Makes it easy to control when data from NetSuite returned into Excel is refreshed.
  • Data Retrieval: Pull back relevant NetSuite financial reporting data in lists or dropdowns.
  • Functions Library: Finsyte-specific Excel functions (=FSN) to help make real-time financial reporting easier.
  • Templates and Actions: Create new Excel Worksheets with pre-built templates for standard financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting or to perform journal entry actions.
  • Outline: Create group structures through built-in Excel outlining available directly from the Finsyte ribbon.
  • Productivity: Make report writing easier with commonly used built-in Excel features available directly from the Finsyte ribbon.
  • Export: Export static copies of Excel worksheets or workbooks that exclude Finsyte-required features.
  • Connectivity: Login and see what NetSuite Company and Role is being used.
  • Help: Diagnose issues, connect with support, set your preferences and learn about your instance of Finsyte.
